Guide - purchase of license keys and activation

1. Purchase an activation key

Go to the "buy" section of the project website: https://pbxunit.com/en/buy

Add the necessary modules to the cart. Make and pay for your purchase with PayPal.

After payment, an activation key will come to the e-mail linked to the PayPal account.

2. Enter your company name in Pbxunit system

Log in to the web interface under the Administrator user.

Default login - admin, default password - pbxunit

Go to section Administration -> Modules and Licenses

Click the "Edit Company Name" button. Enter the name of your company and click the "edit" button to save.

Important! The company name must be edited before the activation key is entered. It participates in the generation of a license key.

3. Activating modules

Automatic activation - the server must have access to license.pbxunit.com via TCP port 443:

Go to section Administration -> Modules and Licenses

Click the "Enter activation key" button. Enter the activation key that came to your e-mail and click the "check" button.

A table with modules is displayed, tick the required modules in the "Activate license" column and click the "activate" button.

Manual Activation - used if the server does not have Internet access:

Fill the form. "Enter the Activation Key" - activation key, "Enter Company Name" - the company name entered in Pbxunit, "Enter System Key" - the Pbxunit system key (see Administration -> Modules and Licenses).

Click the "check" button.

A table with modules is displayed, tick the required modules in the "Activate license" column and click "activate". The keys for the modules are displayed, save them.

Go to Administration -> Modules and Licenses

Opposite the required module, click the icon , in the "Key" field, enter the previously saved key for the module, click the "Save" button.

4. Reactivating modules

The keys to the modules are tied to some parameters of the OS and the company name.

If there are big changes in your system - for example, reinstalling the OS and the keys for the modules were not valid, or you made a mistake in the company name - send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for activation instructions.

In the letter, specify the activation key that came to you when purchasing, the company name and the system key Pbxunit.

5. Restart services

After activation, restart the auto-dialer service: /etc/init.d/pbxu_queue_autocall.py restart
